Since opening our cafe and tearoom in 2005 we have been making our very own Jersey Ice Cream which is crafted from our individual recipe.
Made by Leigh Stamper along with his niece Ashton ; our Ice Cream combines three main ingredients of Jersey Milk, cream and sugar which gives a smooth and luxuriously creamy texture.
Our ice cream is exclusively sold from our cafe and tearoom which boasts a vast variety of flavours with 16 on display at all times and is either served in the usual cones and tubs as well as our special ice cream deserts (give our Wellington Strawberry Bomber a whirl!) or even one of delicious milkshakes which are served in retro milk bottles.
From our traditional Cream 'O' Jersey to Cookies & Cream to our award winning Whisky & Marmalade we have a flavour to suit every member of the family.
